The Official App.
The h+h americas app is how you work the show. Browse exhibitors, get AI buyer and seller matchmaking, book meetings, build your session schedule, and stay connected to the craft industry between editions. It is free, and it is for attendees and exhibitors alike.
Coming September 1
The app goes live on September 1, 2026, a month ahead of the show. Download links will appear here as soon as it is published, and they will also reach you by email if you are registered.
It Learns What You Are Looking For.
Most show apps hand you a directory and leave you to it. This one starts with a short conversation instead of a form. It asks what you do, what you are sourcing or launching, and what would make the show worth your time, then uses that to put the right people in front of you.
AI matchmaking, both directions
Buyers get matched to exhibitors carrying what they are actually sourcing. Exhibitors get matched to buyers who fit the kind of account they want. The matching runs on what each side told the app, not on who happened to walk past a booth.
You control what is shared
Your profile is only shared with exhibitors if you say so. The app asks, plainly, and you can decline and still use everything else. If you would rather browse quietly and reach out yourself, that works.
It knows what it does not know
Ask it about registration, booth sales, travel or press and it will point you at the right person on our team rather than guessing. It is built to hand off, not to bluff.
It does not stop when the show does
The connections you make stay live between editions. Sourcing does not run on a three-day cycle, and neither should the tool you found your suppliers in.
Plan Your Show.
The exhibitor directory
Every exhibiting company with its logo, description, booth number and social links, searchable by product category. Find the four people bringing what you are sourcing, instead of walking every aisle to check.
Interactive floor plan
The hall map on your phone, tied to the directory. Tap an exhibitor and see where they are, then chart a route between the booths you have saved.
Book meetings before you travel
Request time with the exhibitors you want to see and have it confirmed in advance. The buyers who get the most out of two and a half days are the ones who arrive with meetings already booked.
Your session schedule
Add Fall Forum classes, Product Academy sessions and Main Stage panels to a personal agenda, so you are not reading a schedule board to work out where to be next.
Notifications that matter
Room changes, added sessions and anything time-sensitive on the floor reach you on your phone rather than at a closed door.
Work the Floor.
Your listing
Your company profile carries your logo, description, booth number and social links, and it is what buyers search before they ever reach your aisle.
Lead scanning
Scan badges from your phone and see every lead your team collects in one place. No separate hardware to rent and nothing to reconcile afterwards.
Lead intelligence
Rather than a list of names, you get context on who you met and what they were looking for. Lead data is where most of the return on a trade show is made or lost.
Meet other exhibitors too
Exhibitor to exhibitor business at this show is bigger than most people admit. If you are open to partnerships or sourcing from the floor, the app will make those introductions as well.
Exhibiting and want more from the app? There are upgraded listings, meeting guarantees and CRM integration available alongside your booth. Talk to your sales manager, or reach the team on the Contact page.
Before You Travel.
Download early, answer the questions
Install it before you leave for Houston and sign in with the email you registered with. The opening questions take about a minute and everything the app does for you afterwards depends on them.
