  • Orange Lot — spaces 6, 8, 10 and 13
  • Maroon Lot — spaces 14 and 15

Drop-off and pick-up

The mobility drop-off point is Blue Lot 19, Gate 9 at Kirby and Westridge. Use it for arrival rather than the main gates.

After a large event, pick-up can take 45 to 60 minutes while traffic clears the campus. If you are travelling with someone who cannot wait outside comfortably, arrange to meet inside and leave a little after the crowd.

All four main entrance gates are accessible using wheeled equipment:

  • Kroger Gate — northeast corner
  • Amegy Bank Gate — southeast corner
  • Ford Gate — southwest corner
  • Xfinity Gate — northwest corner

Mobility

Wheelchairs & Scooters.

Bring your own device

Manual and motorized wheelchairs, four-wheeled mobility scooters and other mobility aids are welcome throughout Reliant Park. Other power-driven mobility devices are assessed case by case; call the ADA line ahead of the show if you use one.

On the show floor and in the concourses, please keep to the right and travel at walking pace. Mobility devices cannot be taken on escalators or ramps.

Day rentals

Reliant Park does not operate a wheelchair or scooter rental program. If you need a device for the full show, arrange a rental with a Houston medical equipment supplier in advance, or bring your own.

What the venue does provide is a mobility assistance team who can escort guests to and from a destination using house wheelchairs. Ask at any Guest Experience location, or call 832-667-1400 during the show.

There is no rental order form to fill in, because there is no rental program. If you need a device for the show and cannot bring one, call the ADA line on 832-667-1810 before you travel and they will point you at local suppliers.

Checking a device

If you walk short distances but arrive with a wheelchair, you can check a personal wheelchair at a Guest Experience booth and collect it later.

Seating and rest points

Our show floor plan includes seating areas near the entrance and at intervals along the aisles, so there is somewhere to rest without leaving the hall. The Fall Forum conference rooms have accessible seating throughout.

Exact seating positions are set once the floor plan is finalised. They will be marked on the interactive floor plan and in the show app before the show opens.

Support Services

Hearing, Vision & Sensory.

Service animals

Service and guide dogs trained to support a guest with a disability are permitted throughout Reliant Park. Emotional support animals are not permitted.

Hearing

Assistive listening devices can be checked out with valid ID at Guest Experience booths.

ASL interpreters must be requested at least 14 days in advance through the ADA line. If you need interpreting for Fall Forum sessions, contact us as early as you can so we can match interpreters to the right rooms.

Vision

Reliant Park supports the Aira Explorer visual interpreting app, free to use anywhere on the campus. Download it before you travel; it is easier than setting it up in a busy concourse.

Sensory support

Sensory bags containing noise-cancelling headphones, fidget tools and verbal cue cards can be checked out with valid ID, and Reliant Park operates a sensory room for guests who need a quiet break.

The sensory program runs with KultureCity. Their app carries a social story and a venue guide you can read with a family member before you arrive.

Sensory provision is mapped to the campus rather than to a single hall, so confirm the nearest location for our show dates on 832-667-1810.

Also Good to Know

Food, Medication & Bags.

Dietary needs

Outside food is permitted for documented allergies. Contact the ADA office in advance rather than arriving and explaining at the gate.

Medical items

Medically necessary items, including insulin, breast pumps and infant formula, are permitted after security screening. Reliant Park's clear bag policy has exceptions for medical items.

Getting here without a car

METRO runs rail and bus service to Reliant Park. The Red Line stops at the campus, and METRO publishes accessibility information for the route.

Tell us what you need. If something about attending h+h americas would be difficult for you, email info@koelnmesse.us before the show. It is far easier for us to arrange support in advance than on the day, and we would rather hear from you early.
