Press & Creator Accreditation.
h+h americas Fall Edition is a trade-only show, and we credential working editorial media and established content creators to cover it. Accreditation is free. It gets you onto the show floor, into the Fall Forum program, and in front of the people worth talking to.
The criteria below exist because a media badge is a working credential, not a free ticket. If you are close to a threshold but doing real editorial work in this industry, apply anyway and tell us about it.

The Editorial Line.
A media badge is for people producing independent editorial coverage. It is not a route onto the floor for people doing business. The following do not qualify:
- Blogs below 5,000 unique monthly visitors
- Freelancers without a confirmed assignment
- Personal blogs, forums and non-editorial social channels
- Sales, marketing, PR and advertising professionals
- Photographers or videographers hired by an exhibitor
- Company executives or consultants attending for business
- Friends and family of credentialed media
- Product giveaways or contests with no editorial context
Two things worth saying plainly. Approval in a previous year does not guarantee approval this year, and we assess every application on its own merits. And if you are attending to do business rather than to report, register as a trade attendee instead. It is a straightforward route and nobody thinks less of it.
Four Steps.
Gather your proof
Work out which category above fits you and collect what it asks for. Applications stall more often for missing analytics or a missing assignment letter than for anything else.
Email the media team
Send your application to media@hh-americas.com with the subject line “Fall Edition 2026 Accreditation”. Include:
- Your name, outlet or channel, and role
- Which category you are applying under
- Links to recent relevant work
- Your supporting documents or analytics
- What you are planning to cover, even loosely
Wait for confirmation
We review applications as they arrive rather than in batches, so apply as early as you can. You will get a decision by email. If we need something else from you, we will ask rather than decline.
Collect your badge in Houston
Approved media collect their badge at registration at Reliant Center. Registration hours are on the Dates & Hours page. Bring photo ID.
Questions before you apply? Email media@hh-americas.com, call +1 773 326 9920, or text +1 630 454 6656. If you are unsure whether you qualify, ask. It costs you one email and saves you guessing.
