Our Commitment to Respect.

h+h americas is committed to fostering a community that reflects the rich history and cultures of craft and the diversity of crafters. All attendees, exhibitors, speakers, volunteers, staff members, and security personnel are required to comply with this code of conduct.

Expected Conduct.

We expect all participants to communicate openly with respect and consideration for others, valuing a diversity of views and opinions. Additionally, we ask that all participants silence their devices during presentations and report any concerning behavior to security personnel.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment.

h+h americas maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and abuse in any form. This includes:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
  • Physical, written, or verbal abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, exhibitor, or staff member
  • Offensive gestures or verbal comments related to ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation
  • Stalking and inappropriate contact
  • Disruption of presentations, educational sessions, or other events

Enforcement & Consequences.

Violations of this code of conduct will result in escalating discipline, which may include:

  • Formal warnings
  • Removal from specific sessions or events
  • Removal from the trade fair
  • Expulsion without refund

This policy applies uniformly to exhibitors, attendees, speakers, staff, volunteers, and security personnel.

Reporting & Support.

If you experience or witness any harassment, intimidation, or violation of this code of conduct, please report it immediately to our staff at the registration desk. Our team will assist you in contacting venue security or law enforcement as needed.
